ST. LOUIS -- Duke forward Jabari Parker has won the Wayman Tisdale Award, presented by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association to the nations top freshman. The six-foot-eight Parker is second in the Atlantic Coast Conference in scoring (19.3) and leads the league in rebounding (8.8).
