He played college football at Arizona State and has also spent time on quite a few NFL practice squads since going undrafted in 2013. Ross has spent time with the Titans, Chiefs Donte Jackson Jersey Boys , Bears, Lions, 49ers Cheap Donte Jackson Jersey , Bills, Cardinals and Washington before landing with the Hotshots.This is almost certainly nothing more than a depth move and a chance for Ron Rivera to take a look at him during offseason workouts. Ross does have experience returning kicks so that could be a potential way for him to make the 53-man roster if he makes a positive impression on the Panthers’ staff over the summer, but I wouldn’t expect him to contribute too much — if at all — for the Panthers in 2019.
