CAIRO Will Hernandez Jersey , April 21 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian President Abdel Fattahal-Sisi will start an official visit to Saudi Arabia on Sunday, inan effort to break the ice after months of tensions, official newsagency MENA reported Friday.
